Leadership Development Training: Minerva Foundation

Executive Mba Dept: "It's structured like an executive MBA," said Danna Murray, director of the new program, according to Vancouver Sun. The goal, said Murray, is to continue to increase women's participation in and readiness for leadership in political, community and business sectors in B.C and the Minerva Foundation has announced the launch of an exciting new leadership project for women from around the province. "Women Leading the Way" is a three-year pilot program that will take a group of 25 women through an intensive advanced leadership development training program. Twenty-five women will come to Vancouver one weekend a month for two days of in-class training, seminars and mentor-ship, and follow up during the week with online assignments.
