Maria De Medeiros: French Subtitles

Montreal Gazette Dept: Ten films -six features, four documentaries -screen tonight through next Thursday in Portuguese with either English or French subtitles, according to Montreal Gazette. The only recognizable star of the series is franco-Portugeuse actress Maria de Medeiros Henry & June, Pulp Fiction, The Saddest Music in the World and on the heels of its Mexican film series, Cinema du Parc is offering another burst of sunshine with the fourth annual Brazilian Film Festival of Montreal. All the movies were released this year or last, except for Birdwatchers, a drama about indigenous labourers from 2008. As reported in the news.
