Accountancy Dept: He researched and planned extensively for the journey he and his wife, along with his two brothers, made on May 21 last year, according to Montreal Gazette. Parra took a job as a deli clerk to pay the bills and upgraded his English at Bow Valley College, working to get his credentials recognized. It was there he made the decision that ultimately changed his life. - Luis Parra brought 15 years of experience working in accountancy and business administration with him when he immigrated to Canada from Peru.
