Free Workshops Dept: More than 85 per cent of B.C.'s new immigrant workers have university degrees. It's about time we found a way to tap the talent and skills of these new Canadians. The IEC also occasionally puts on free workshops such as "Enhancing Competitiveness with Internationally Trained Workers."
