Settlement Strategy: Zhou

Recent History Dept: The Settlement Strategy was unveiled Wednesday in the legislature, according to CBC. Frank Zhou came to P.E.I. from Beijing six years ago. When he arrived, there were only 100 Chinese immigrants. There are more than 10 times that number today and immigrants seemed pleased with P.E.I.'s long -awaited strategy to improve their lives here, and to improve the Island's retention of immigrants. 'It needs to be like business, societies and government and the different peoples to work together to find an opportunity for them.'
