Morteza Jafarpour Dept: RCMP say the Settlement and Integration Services Organization was funded primarily by Citizenship and Immigration Canada and had several offices in Hamilton. It went bankrupt in January 2011. Morteza Jafarpour, 52, and Ahmed Salama, 39, are charged with knowingly using forged documents, fraud over $5,000, theft over $5,000 and conspiracy to commit fraud over $5,000, according to CBC.
