Popular Beach Dept: Police say too many people are drinking on the beach at Basin Head Provincial Park, near Souris, and becoming rowdy, according to CBC. Officers have set up checkpoints in the area to control the problem and rCMP in Eastern P.E.I. say they are cracking down on public intoxication at a popular beach.
