CBSA Dept: In a statement, the CBSA says they were arrested Thursday in Chapel Arm, after an ongoing investigation, according to CBC. The investigation was carried out under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and canada Border Services agents have arrested five people in eastern Newfoundland for working in the country without authorization. Chapel Arm is 100 kilometres west of St. John's, on the western part of the Avalon Peninsula.
